We heard so much positive feedback about last year’s educator wellness webinar series that we have an all-new set of sessions to help you navigate the year ahead.

This year’s Share My Lesson Educator Wellness Webinar Series is designed to close the gap between recovering from burnout and continuing your essential work with young people. The  webinars focus on practical, research-informed strategies for stress management, burnout prevention and emotional resilience—all grounded in the realities of school life. Be sure to share this series with colleagues, too. Not only will they thank you, but you also can support one another in practicing your new wellness habits.

Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Relief and Educator Wellness with Dr. Claudia Morales

The series begins by addressing the nervous system. Mindfulness practices are not about perfection or quieting the mind completely. They are tools for stress management for teachers that help interrupt the stress-anxiety cycle and restore balance. Educators will explore targeted breathing exercises, self-compassion practices and grounding techniques that support emotional resilience—the ability to recover, adapt and stay steady during ongoing challenges. For educators asking what emotional resilience is, this session offers both definition and practice.

Small Moments, Big Impact: Daily Habits for Educator Wellness and Well-Being with Kadijah Kemp

Burnout recovery does not always begin with dramatic change. It often starts with small, sustainable shifts. This session focuses on daily habits that reduce teacher stress and protect energy throughout the school day. Participants will explore realistic self-care routines, boundary-setting strategies, and simple resets that fit into real schedules. These practices are designed to support burnout prevention, not by adding more to educators’ plates, but by helping them reclaim moments of calm and control.

Conflict & Communication: How Facing Hard Conversations Strengthens Our Well-Being with Educators Thriving

Social stress accounts for a significant portion of workplace exhaustion. Avoiding hard conversations may feel easier in the moment, but it often increases emotional strain over time. This session focuses on navigating difficult conversations at work with clarity and confidence. Educators will learn how communication patterns influence stress, how to replace avoidance with productive dialogue and how addressing conflict directly can improve educator well-being rather than diminish it.

Restoring Your Balance: Educator Wellness and Compassion Fatigue in Schools with Dr. Kerry A. Schwanz

Many educators are familiar with burnout, but fewer understand what compassion fatigue is or how it differs from burnout. The compassion fatigue that teachers experience is often rooted in prolonged emotional caregiving and exposure to student trauma. This session explores compassion fatigue vs. burnout, helping educators recognize the warning signs of each. Participants will learn how to identify compassion fatigue, understand its impact, and apply strategies for recovery that honor their capacity to care without sacrificing themselves in the process.

Practical Strategies to Support Educator Wellness and Student Well-Being with Proof Positive

Wellness does not have to be separate from teaching and learning. The final session focuses on integrating educator well-being into daily routines and classroom practices. Using evidence-informed strategies, educators will explore ways to support connection, engagement, resilience and joy for their students and themselves. This approach reflects some of the best educator wellness programs available today: practical, inclusive and sustainable. It also reinforces the idea that supporting educator well-being is not a personal indulgence, but a professional necessity.
